Senior Litigation Associate
We are seeking an experienced litigation associate with a strong foundation in both
state and federal practice to join our trial-focused boutique firm. This role is suited for an attorney who exercises sound judgment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of managing complex civil and criminal matters from intake through trial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic credentials and a proven ability to handle a demanding caseload, either independently or in collaboration with senior trial counsel. Responsibilities include case strategy development, drafting substantive motions and memoranda, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and appearing in court at all stages of litigation. Excellent legal research and writing skills are essential, along with working knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. Prior trial experience, federal criminal litigation experience, and fluency in Spanish are highly valued and considered
significant assets.

Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in high-
stakes civil and criminal litigation. Responsibilities include reviewing and organizing discovery, drafting and managing legal documents, coordinating client communications, and maintaining accurate and well-structured case files. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a heavy and often complex caseload, meets tight deadlines with precision, is highly organized, and understands the importance of confidentiality in sensitive matters.
This role is well-suited for a paralegal who takes ownership of their work, anticipates case needs, and contributes meaningfully to the overall litigation strategy and execution.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
